This 100% Aligoté Doré wine from the 2017 vintage is showing very well, unfurling in the glass with scents of fresh peaches, white flowers, beeswax and green apples. A beautifully balanced, clean palate of medium body follows with a chalky structure and a pure finish. An interesting discovery for those who are unfamiliar with non-Chardonny white wine from Burgundy.
